Act as the technical authority for static equipment and piping systems across multiple European production sites. Support local teams in solving complex technical and operational challenges. Lead and contribute to Root Cause Analyses following significant incidents or equipment failures. Drive improvements in asset integrity, process safety, reliability, and equipment availability. Develop, review, and implement technical standards, specifications, and best practices. Support investment and capital projects from design review through installation and commissioning. Review technical proposals, supplier documentation, and engineering deliverables. Provide expertise regarding pressure equipment, piping systems, materials, corrosion, welding, and mechanical integrity. Support inspection and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) activities. Conduct supplier audits and technical assessments. Share technical knowledge, mentor colleagues, and promote engineering excellence across locations. Occasional travel to European production sites. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline. Several years of experience within the process industry, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, industrial gases, energy, paper & pulp, or comparable environments. Strong expertise in static equipment, piping systems, pressure vessels, materials, corrosion, and welding. Familiarity with international codes and standards such as PED, EN 13445, and EN 13480. Experience supporting operating plants and solving technical issues in a production environment. Understanding of inspection concepts, mechanical integrity, and asset reliability. Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders across multiple sites and cultures. Hands‑on mindset with a willingness to visit plants and support teams directly on site. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing. Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage. Vergütungspaket
