Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Lead and support new product launches and commercialization initiatives. Manage product portfolios and contribute to lifecycle management strategies. Design and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to support decision-making. Partner closely with sales teams to improve commercial effectiveness and drive revenue growth. Lead cross-functional projects involving marketing, commercial, regulatory, and operational stakeholders. Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend improvement actions. Contribute to the development of marketing capabilities, processes, and best practices. Coach and develop team members where applicable. The Successful Applicant
8-15 years of marketing experience within MedTech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. Proven experience in product management, strategic marketing, or regional marketing leadership roles. English proficient, any other language is considered an asset. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies. Customer-focused, results-driven, and action-oriented. Experience working in international and matrix organizations is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage. Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally as required. What\'s on Offer
