Job Description
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
- Advise stakeholders on Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
- Support annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent management, and compensation cycles.
- Coordinate with payroll, talent acquisition, legal, and shared services teams.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management.
- Contribute to HR projects and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or in a similar HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Solid background in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools; Workday experience is a plus.
