Job Description Payroll ownership & compliance (core focus)
Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Swiss regulations
Act as the key point of contact for payroll matters, liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers
Monitor payroll data quality, perform controls, and resolve discrepancies proactively
Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law, social security, and tax requirements
Contribute to the enhancement, automation, and continuous improvement of payroll processes
HR operations & employee lifecycle
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
Handle HR administration such as employment certificates, attestations, and work permits
Support the coordination of junior and temporary recruitment activities
Act as a trusted HR contact for employees, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
Projects & continuous improvement
Drive improvements in HR operations, with a strong focus on efficiency, digitalization, and data integrity
Contribute actively to HR systems and process enhancement projects
Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders across regions, ensuring alignment and consistency of practices
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in payroll and HR operations, ideally within an international or complex environment
Strong expertise in Swiss payroll, including legal and compliance aspects (essential)
Solid experience in HR administration, with excellent organizational and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, rigorous, and committed to delivering accurate and high-quality payroll outputs
Solution-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose pragmatic improvementsStrong interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented and collaborative approach
Comfortable working with HR information systems and digital tools
Fluent in French and English
