Projects span the entire lifecycle, from the initial process concept through detailed engineering to on-site commissioning. Aufgabengebiet Design and sizing of process and production plants with regard to capacity, raw materials and product specifications Preparation of mass and energy balances as the basis for plant design Definition of process steps, process parameters and technical requirements for plant components Development of process engineering fundamentals for technical documentation, process descriptions and plant concepts Selection and specification of suitable equipment, machinery and components in cooperation with suppliers and internal departments Technical coordination with customers as well as support in safety assessments and HAZOP studies Participation in international projects from planning through FATs and SATs to commissioning at customer sites Support in the further development of existing production processes and the integration of new technologies and technical solutions Anforderungsprofil Completed university degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology or a comparable technical discipline Bachelor's or Master's degree, Master's degree preferred Interest in international plant engineering, process plant engineering or chemical plant engineering Initial experience in plant engineering, the chemical, pharmaceutical, food or process industry is advantageous Graduates and early-career professionals are explicitly welcome Understanding of process engineering principles as well as mass and energy balances Interest in the technical design and sizing of plants and production processes Analytical mindset combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in solving technical challenges pragmatically Team-oriented approach and interest in collaborating with customers, suppliers and interdisciplinary engineering teams Excellent English skills, both written and spoken German language skills are considered an advantage Willingness to travel internationally and participate in project-related commissioning assignments Vergütungspaket Active involvement from the initial process concept through to successful commissioning at the customer site International projects with a high degree of technical complexity Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes Collaborative and family-oriented working environment instead of corporate structures Annual gross salary between EUR 55,000 and EUR 80,000 , depending on qualifications and professional experience (suitable for both junior and experienced candidates) Flexible working hours, short Fridays and home-office opportunities Excellent accessibility by public transport and car Free company parking or climate ticket Private accident insurance Support for professional and personal development High level of responsibility and direct interaction with decision-makers Diverse tasks with significant technical depth Free German language courses for employees without German language skills We treat your application with the utmost confidentiality and will only forward your documents to our client following prior consultation with you.
