consultants to support programme delivery, coordination and analytical workstreams . Job Description
Reporting to a senior manager within a central transformation team, you will contribute to the
coordination, analysis and delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives . This role combines
project management support, analytical work, stakeholder coordination and high-level content development
in a fast-paced international environment. Analytical & Strategic Support
Conduct analysis and modelling to support strategic decision‑making Structure and synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights Contribute to the development of business cases, benchmarks and scenarios Project Management & Coordination
Support coordination of multiple workstreams and initiatives Track progress, milestones, risks and dependencies Consolidate updates into programme‑level reporting Problem Solving & Structuring
Break down complex topics into structured frameworks and workplans Support the definition of strategic options and recommendations Contribute to solving cross‑functional challenges Content Development
Develop high‑quality presentations and executive materials Produce concise and structured deliverables for senior stakeholders Ensure consistency and clarity across outputs Change & Stakeholder Support
Contribute to stakeholder engagement and change management activities Support communication planning and alignment across teams Assist in monitoring adoption and transformation progress The Successful Applicant
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field Experience in consulting, project management or transformation environments Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proven ability to deliver high‑quality presentations and structured outputs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in complex, multicultural environments Structured, proactive and detail‑oriented mindset Fluent English required What's On Offer
