Job Description
Provide administrative support for arbitration procedures in coordination with legal advisors
Monitor the progress of cases and ensure proper follow-up at each stage of the arbitration process
Transcribe and update information into standardised templates throughout the procedure life‑cycle
Ensure accurate and timely transmission of information between stakeholders
Maintain organised filing systems, including document classification and archiving
Support general administrative tasks related to case management
Assist with travel arrangements (booking, coordination, logistics) when required
Work in close collaboration with a team partner, handling case files jointly (two‑person coverage model)
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated experience in administrative support, ideally within a legal environment
Bilingual Spanish and English (perfect command of Spanish and fluency in English)
Excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to accurately transcribe and update information in templates and systems
Reliable and proactive in ensuring smooth and timely communication between multiple stakeholders
Highly organised, with solid skills in document management, filing, and archiving
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
Team‑oriented mindset, comfortable working in a paired (two‑person) file management structure
Good coordination and organisational skills, including basic experience in travel arrangements and logistics
Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and document management systems
