Responsibilities
- Manage the technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure for clients with up to 100 users.
- Provide remote support for infrastructure issues that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.
- Proactively suggest improvements and developments for client IT systems, discussing ideas with clients and sales teams.
- Install and configure new hardware, servers, network components, security solutions, and migrate data to the cloud.
- Work collaboratively with your team, Service Desk, and consulting colleagues to ensure excellent service.
Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of current IT infrastructures, including Windows Server/Client, networks, security, firewalls, backups, cloud systems, and Office 365.
- Completed training as an IT specialist, network administrator, or similar qualification.
- Strong customer orientation and team spirit.
- Open and active communication skills, enjoyment in teamwork and on-the-job learning.
- Fluent German language skills are required; English skills are a plus.
