After Sales Consultant – Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen region

Location: Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen region

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-sales activity:
   • Support pre-sales activity to define the solution that fits the customer need best.
   • Analyse customer needs, compatibility checks, and salesforce validation.
   • Support the sales team presenting details, functionalities, and benefits of the system.
2. Customer Pilots:
   • Define the objective, scope, and success criteria of pilots, alongside the customer.
   • Perform the kickoff meeting with the customer and main stakeholders.
   • Organize the installations with the operations area and/or service providers.
   • Manage the pilot with regular customer contact, focusing on closing the deal.
   • Perform training for the customer and drivers based on the pilot objectives.
   • Present the results of the pilot to the customer.
3. Implementation / Deployment:
   • Gather all information needed to handover to the deployment team.
   • Organize the installation schedule with the customer for the implementation.
   • Perform training for the customer and drivers for the implementation.
   • Support sales team with kickoff presentations.
4. Aftersales:
   • Target need improvement and opportunities continuously.
   • Provide good practices of usage of the solution and proactively provide insights on features adoption.
   • Solve customers‘ problems with the usage of the solution.
   • Retention of the customer on any sign of dissatisfaction.

To be successful you will likely have:

• Live in the Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen region and willingness to travel on business 2-3 times per week.
• University degree.
• Fluent/Native German.
• Fluent English.
• 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role.
• Experience in the services industry (ideally technology focused).
