What You Will Do Primarily advise on legal questions relating to international labor law issues across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including cloud infrastructure, partnership, and data-related agreements.
Support the design and scaling of legal and operational processes across the company.
Work closely with operations, engineering, product, finance, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
Help structure international operations and support cross-border legal matters in jurisdictions where Micro AGI operates or plans to expand.
Support corporate, compliance, governance, and IP-related matters as the company grows.
Translate complex legal and regulatory issues into practical, business-oriented guidance.
Requirements Fully qualified lawyer in Germany (Volljurist/in or equivalent qualification).
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in labor law, corporate law, or tax law, ideally within a tech-driven or regulated industry.
Strong background in labor law; experience with IT, IP, privacy, AI, or data-related legal matters is a plus.
Strong understanding of the European digital regulatory landscape, particularly in relation to IT and AI regulation.
High degree of ownership and initiative — you do not wait to be told what to do.
