What You Will Do
- Primarily advise on legal questions relating to international labor law issues across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including cloud infrastructure, partnership, and data-related agreements.
- Support the design and scaling of legal and operational processes across the company.
- Work closely with operations, engineering, product, finance, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
- Help structure international operations and support cross-border legal matters in jurisdictions where MicroAGI operates or plans to expand.
- Support corporate, compliance, governance, and IP-related matters as the company grows.
- Translate complex legal and regulatory issues into practical, business-oriented guidance.
Requirements
- Location: Munich
- Full-time
- Fully qualified lawyer in Germany (Volljurist/in or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in labor law, corporate law, or tax law, ideally within a tech-driven or regulated industry.
- Strong background in labor law; experience with IT, IP, privacy, AI, or data-related legal matters is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the European digital regulatory landscape, particularly in relation to IT and AI regulation.
- High degree of ownership and initiative — you do not wait to be told what to do.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Fluent in both German and English.
