Microbiology & Molecular Biology Working Student

Tasks Perform microbiological media preparation, plating & screening. Develop, validate, and optimize assays through careful planning and execution. Support general microbiology upkeep, molecular biology work, and documentation. Support shake flasks and fermentation runs, including setup, monitoring, and sampling. Contribute to general laboratory tasks (cleaning, autoclaving, Gram staining). Requirements You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. You are familiar with basic microbiology and molecular biology techniques such as bacteria handling and cultivation, DNA extraction, PCR, and agarose gel electrophoresis. Basic bioreactor experience is an advantage but not mandatory. You are driven by curiosity. You have a hands-on personality and team-play spirit.
