Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Planning & Execution
- You drive the formulation and implementation of local marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans aligned to the OU priorities in close alignment with the EMEA CSA marketing team.
- You lead partnerships with local functional leads including Business Groups, Sales, Communications, and external teams (e.g., agencies of record) to establish the appropriate marketing plan.
- You will provide deep market and customer expertise to inform and shape EMEA CSA plans so they deliver impact in the OU.
- You will gather and share internal and external feedback about the impacts of plans so that they can be adapted.
- You will represent and lead marketing end-to-end to the OU and participate in regional v-teams to drive execution of the agreed plan in the market(s) to deliver defined outcomes.
- You will identify and lead all country-specific marketing activities for the OU that will drive differential growth, including local event activation.
Integrated Marketing Execution
- You will collaborate with the EMEA Centres of Excellence to determine event allocation, social, localisation, and resource requirements for your OU(s).
- You will influence local stakeholders to implement the marketing plan effectively.
- You will integrate internal and external data to continually improve customer experiences by focusing on customer needs at every touchpoint (e.g., drive segmentation, spend, performance optimization, digital channels improvement).
- You will manage programme budgets.
- You will provide the OU LT(s) with quarterly reviews of marketing activities and impact, and input into the EMEA CMO RoB.
- You will ensure all plans adhere to company policies such as privacy, accessibility, compliance, and brand standards.
Data-Driven Decision Making and Performance Management
- You will leverage global tools and dashboards to gather insights and optimize marketing strategies and delivery.
- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for OU marketing plans and drive ROI analysis to measure effectiveness.
- You will provide actionable insights to CSA IMMS to support revenue growth.
People Management
- You will model, coach, and support your team’s career development.
- You will ensure your team understands business objectives and aligns their work accordingly.
- You will lead your team through change and resolve complex issues or blockers.
- You will foster a thriving team environment and lead on employee feedback.
