Overview In this role you will help shape and ship VS Code and Copilot experiences in Zurich. You will lead hands-on design, implementation, and testing in a large TS and Rust codebase, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll drive improvements to performance, reliability, and developer workflows, while mentoring others and guiding direction after shipping. This is an open, collaborative environment focused on impactful, user-centered tooling and AI-assisted coding.
