Overview
In this role you act as the primary customer success leader, guiding outcomes across Microsoft and partner teams. You orchestrate governance, prioritize initiatives, and drive Customer Success Planning to boost operational health, cloud adoption, and AI transformation. You work with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business goals into measurable value and durable Microsoft investments. This position offers impact at scale, shaping how customers realize value from Microsoft capabilities and services.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and Microsoft teams to align technology investments with strategic outcomes
- Lead stakeholder and priority alignment across customer organizations with shared objectives and governance
- Own Customer Success Planning and execution to drive measurable customer value
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution to strengthen health, accelerate cloud adoption, and advance AI transformation
- Leverage Success Management Services, Success Programs, and Microsoft resources to scale execution and value realization
- Proactively manage risks, adoption challenges, and delivery dependencies while guiding toward long-term success
- Advocate for customers and continuously improve execution to realize durable business value from Microsoft investments
