Position: Mid and Senior Analog / Mixed-signal IC design engineer
Location: Munich, Germany

Key Responsibilities:
Within an experienced Analog design team, you will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art sensor interface integrated circuits for the industrial and automotive markets. As an IC design engineer in the team, you will be responsible for the development of Analog design building blocks (e.g., Amplifiers, Bandgaps, LDOs, POR).
Main Tasks:
- Design of key Analog blocks: Front-end amplifier, power management, DAC, Bandgaps, etc.
- Eager to evaluate and try out new (EDA) tools, flows, and methodologies.
- Take full ownership of all design activities from specification to start of production.
- Deliver and participate in design reviews.
- Drive and monitor external suppliers.
- Participate in study phases to propose novel architectures to find the best features/performances/cost compromises.
- Participate in product specifications.
- Participate in the evaluation of silicon and debugging in the laboratory.
Profile/Education:
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years (Senior) and 3+ years (mid-level) of Analog design in semiconductor companies with proven success in high volume products for the industrial or automotive market.
Experience:
- Strong experience in Analog IC design in CMOS process (>0.13um node).
- Experience in modelling Analog circuits (real number modelling or fast Analog models).
- Experience in an industrial or automotive high-volume semiconductor company in applications such as power electronics or Analog sensors.
- Good knowledge of the complete semiconductor development process.
- Experience in DFT/DFM.
- Familiar with Cadence EDA tools (Assembler, Verifier, etc.).
- Knowledge of Automotive Quality System ISO TS 16949, AECQ-100; ISO26262.
- Established track record of delivering completed designs into production.
- Experience in working with test teams debugging prototype ICs.
- Programming in any of C, C++, Verilog, Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, Python, Visual Basic.
