Optical DSP Researcher
Your mission
- Research and design modems for optical communication networks (access, data center, metro, long haul networks).
- Develop new signal processing concepts and architectures.
- Closely cooperate with product development teams and transfer key design and architecture to the product.
- Participate in academic conferences, publish and present latest research achievements in conferences or journals, such as OFC, ECOC, JLT, PTL, etc.
Your areas of expertise
- PhD in electrical or communication engineering.
- Experience with C/C++, Python, machine learning.
- Experience with optical and wireless communication systems (modulation, equalization, synchronization, forward error correction).
- Open mind, good communication and teamwork, and good presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
