My client is looking for an RF Engineer to join their team which is based close to Munich in Germany.
This company is a globally renowned company specialising in the development, manufacturing, and worldwide distribution of high-tech products that utilize microwave technology and digital signal processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of mixed signal and high frequency circuits (up to 60 GHz)
- Building up a deep technical understanding of RF technology
- Documentation of development results
- Simulation of RF components, modules, and systems
- Bring up and test of prototypes
- Preparation of production documents, transfer to series production, and supervision of test
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering (preferably with a focus on RF technology or telecommunication)
- First experience in the field of mixed signal circuit design, high frequency technology, and high frequency measurement technique
- In-depth knowledge of frequency synthesis, phase-locked loops (PLL), as well as fast AD and DA converters is of advantage
- Experience in PCB layout is of advantage
- Knowledge of simulation programs (e.g. ADS or Microwave Office)
- Good knowledge of English
