Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for providing on-site service and commissioning of semiconductor equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the service and commissioning of semiconductor equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of equipment to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the start-up process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure smooth and efficient equipment start-up.
- Optimise equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired production targets.
- Maintain start-up procedures, checklists, and documentation.
To be considered you will need the following
- Qualification in Engineering, Electronics or related field or related experience.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Willingness to work in a continuous shift system (24/7).
