Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design and development of HVAC systems that ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Thermal load calculations, simulations and design concepts to optimise energy efficiency and operating performance
• Preparation of technical documentation (specifications, drawings, reports) and coordination with internal departments, shipyards, suppliers and classification societies
• Project coordination and management across all project phases – from concept and detailed planning to implementation and acceptance
• Quality assurance and compliance with technical standards, norms and safety requirements
• Completed degree or technician qualification in marine engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• 5+ years of professional experience in HVAC engineering, ideally in the maritime industry/shipbuilding/offshore
• Confident use of CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Cadmatic or similar) and common simulation programmes.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and structured, independent working style.
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to travel
