Head of Supply Chain Central Europe & Nordics (m/w/d) in Eschborn

Your responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the end-to-end supply chain processes (Home Appliances and HVAC products).
• Management and optimisation of demand planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and inventory management.
• Leadership, development and motivation of the national Supply Chain team.
• Continuous improvement of supply chain KPIs (inventory turnover, delivery performance, logistics costs, stock accuracy, etc.).
• Close collaboration with Sales, Service and Finance to ensure product availability, cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with Midea's European distribution centres and headquarters in China.
• Risk management and ensuring business continuity in the supply chain.
• Management of external logistics service providers.
• Budget responsibility for logistics, warehousing and freight costs.
• Development and implementation of digital tools and supply chain reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and import/export requirements.

Your profile

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar leadership role in an international, fast-paced business environment.
• Profound knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics networks, customs processes, and demand planning.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Hands-on mentality paired with strategic thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
