Your responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the end-to-end supply chain processes (Home Appliances and HVAC products).
- Management and optimisation of demand planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and inventory management.
- Leadership, development and motivation of the national Supply Chain team.
- Continuous improvement of supply chain KPIs (inventory turnover, delivery performance, logistics costs, stock accuracy, etc.).
- Close collaboration with Sales, Service and Finance to ensure product availability, cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordination with Midea’s European distribution centres and headquarters in China.
- Risk management and ensuring business continuity in the supply chain.
- Management of external logistics service providers.
- Budget responsibility for logistics, warehousing and freight costs.
- Development and implementation of digital tools and supply chain reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and import/export requirements.
Your profile
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar leadership role in an international, fast-paced business environment.
- Profound knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics networks, customs processes, and demand planning.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Hands-on mentality paired with strategic thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
