We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Working Student to join our team in Stuttgart. In this role, you will support our finance, accounting and administrative activities. Your Responsibilities
- Support in processing and monitoring customer transactions;
- Support in processing employee reimbursement and travel expense claims.
- Support in Fixed asset management and accounting.
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Good command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A team player with a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- Flexible working style – early morning availability is appreciated.
- Willingness to perform basic manual tasks.
