Project Manager | Data Centre Projects
📍 Europe (Ireland, UK, Germany, & Portugal)
Midland Steel Reinforcement Supply is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale Data Centre construction projects across Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering critical infrastructure projects while working with leading clients in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and coordinate site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time project delivery.
✅ Manage project resources, materials, equipment, logistics, and subcontractor activities.
✅ Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and programme performance.
✅ Conduct regular site inspections and ensure readiness for upcoming works.
✅ Provide daily progress updates and weekly project reporting.
✅ Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational challenges.
✅ Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
✅ Support successful project delivery while protecting Midland Group's commercial and contractual interests.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within Data Centres, Construction, Steelwork, Structural or Infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and HSE requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic site environment.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as project requirements demand.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Intermediate proficiency (B1-B2 or higher) in German
- Additional European languages are highly advantageous.
