As CRM Manager, you’re part of our high performing CRM team which owns push and email channels for Zalando. Our CRM team envisions the future where every owned interaction across the customer lifecycle is a tailored journey and a delightful moment for the customer. In this exciting new role, you will work with the commercial, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute a strong CRM strategy.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
We define the scope of this role into four broad categories:
- Executing CRM (email and push campaigns) specific to the Plus Loyalty program in collaboration with the commercial teams.
- Optimising CRM campaigns for better customer engagement.
- Working with loyalty commercial teams and local country teams to understand market requirements and support these initiatives through CRM sendings.
- Collaborating with copywriting teams to ensure engaging copies for improved open and click-through rates.
- Implementing campaigns in new CRM channels such as direct mail, in-app messages, and content cards.
- Ensuring efficiency in CRM processes for timely delivery and execution of campaigns.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a data-driven CRM specialist with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in ecommerce, holding a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or equivalent. The candidate should have a keen interest in using new and smart technology to deliver the best message to our customers, be a creative problem solver, and thrive in an agile environment. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM tools like Braze, Selligent, Accengage, Salesforce, or similar is a plus. Willingness to learn and grow, coupled with excellent communication skills, is essential.
