The Service Innovation and Performance Division is looking for a new Business Unit Technical Leaders (BUTL) based in Munich.
BUTLs provide solutions for monitoring and challenging delivery performance on behalf of a regional branch management team and lead transformation projects aimed at developing and disseminating PMO expertise in a context of digital transformation and strong growth.
The position is to be filled in Munich during Q2/Q3 2025.
You can occasionally travel to our customers and to our various agencies.
As a Business Unit Technical Leader, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Business support in close collaboration with your agency’s management.
- Organisation and management of the delivery performance development plan.
- Support and expertise in Project Management (PMO) on complex or risky offers and commitments.
- Leading recovery or transformation actions with the teams of consultants, with the aim of developing the value of PMO services within the framework of our contracts.
- Developing and leading a network of experts to develop skills and share PMO best practice at local level.
- Management of international transformation projects led by the Service Innovation and Performance Department on behalf of the MIGSO-PCUBED group.
- Projects linked to the development of knowledge management : capitalisation, skills development and sharing of best PMO practices.
- Innovation projects in the context of the transformation of PMO-related professions and services.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have at least 5 years‘ experience in project management/PMO in an industrial environment .
- You have a university degree, ideally in engineering.
- You speak fluently German and English .
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are keen to add value to everything you do.
- You are recognised for your leadership and ability to synthesise information.
- You are versatile and curious.
- You are a good communicator, you enjoy working in the field and in production.
- Rigorous, enthusiastic and a team player, you are also recognised for your leadership qualities and you enjoy a challenge in a multicultural environment.
