Junior IT Project Manager

pOur company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for aIT Project Manager to join our team of professionals. /p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liWork with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify basic project goals, requirements, and success criteria, involving a Senior PM where needed. /li liCreate and maintain project plans and schedules for assigned projects, including task breakdown, timelines, and simple budgets. /li liCoordinate the day to day work of project team members and vendors on assigned projects, ensuring tasks are understood and followed up. /li liIdentify and log project risks, issues, and dependencies; propose initial mitigation actions and elevate in a timely manner. /li liMonitor progress against plan, anticipate delays, and adjust short term plans in alignment with the supervising Senior PM. /li liPrepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders, using agreed formats and tools. /li liMaintain complete and organized project documentation, including schedules, requirements, decisions, change requests, and test evidence. /li liEnsure that assigned projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards, escalating budget or scope concerns early. /li liCoordinate testing and quality assurance activities in collaboration with technical teams, confirming that deliverables meet customer requirements. /li liSeek feedback from the supervising Senior PM, apply guidance to improve project management skills, and progressively take on more complex projects. /li /ul h3bRequirements - Must have /b /h3 ul liCompleted university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field. /li li1+ years of experience managing IT projects. /li liProven experience managing IT project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. /li liExperience in stakeholder management. /li liExperience in project resource management, including planning, allocation, coordination, and tracking of project resources and efforts. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining structure, prioritization, and focus. /li liGood verbal and written communication skills. /li liFluent English (professional working proficiency). /li /ul h3bRequirements - Nice to have /b /h3 ul liExperience delivering projects in the Life Sciences / Healthcare domain. /li liExperience managing projects in Data AI environments, such as: /li liodata platforms or data factories; /li lioanalytics, AI/ML, or data engineering initiatives. /li liExperience with infrastructure or IT foundation projects, for example: /li lioMicrosoft infrastructure; /li liocloud or hybrid environments. /li liGood understanding of technical terminology, enabling effective communication with engineering and technical teams. /li liExperience working in international, distributed, or cross functional teams. /li /ul h3bSeniority Level /b /h3 pJunior /p h3bWhat we offer /b /h3 ul li24 holiday days per year. /li liFamily Insurance Package. /li liOpportunities of career development and the opportunity to shape the company's future. /li liAn employee-centric culture directly inspired by employee feedback - your voice is heard, and your perspective encouraged. /li liDifferent training programs to support your personal and professional development. /li liWork in a fast-growing, international company. /li liFriendly atmosphere and supportive Management team. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
