The MIKUTA brand was founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White, starting in 2017 with a small jewellery line, which later expanded to clothing in 2019. MIKUTA is a young, wild & free-inspired fashion brand for modern women with a glimpse of rock’n’roll. MIKUTA is currently one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the fashion market.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal and a new Content & Creative Studio currently being established in Mallorca.

ABOUT THE JOB

The CRM Manager (f/m/d) plays a key role in deepening MIKUTA's relationship with our customers through thoughtful and engaging email marketing and automation strategies. You will own the email channel, working primarily within Klaviyo, to create, execute and optimise campaigns that resonate with our diverse, international customer base. Additionally, you will lead a communication program for store buyers, supporting MIKUTA's omnichannel strategy to ensure a consistent brand experience both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing and Campaign Execution: Plan, create and send all email campaigns, including product launches, sales events and new sellers, in line with MIKUTA's brand voice

  • Email Automation & Lifecycle Marketing: Manage and optimise automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) to drive conversions, repeat purchases and long-term loyalty.

  • Customer Segmentation: Build and maintain audience segments in Klaviyo based on behaviour, purchase history and engagement, creating personalised communications that resonate internationally.

  • International Strategy: Tailor email and CRM strategies to engage customers in key markets, with a particular focus on the US and Europe considering cultural nuances and market preferences.

  • Retail Strategy: Develop and execute CRM strategies for retail marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and overall brand experience.

  • Content and Copywriting: Use AI-assisted workflows and a strong visual eye to create engaging, brand-aligned email communication.

  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to brainstorm and create original, on-brand communication plans that effectively connect with our global audience.

  • Data-Driven Analysis: Take a data-driven approach to measure and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine targeting, optimize campaign effectiveness and drive decision-making.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or related roles within fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce brands.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Klaviyo is a must, with experience in creating automation flows and customer segmentation.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and use insights to inform strategies and optimize performance.

  • Brand & Content Orientation: Strong understanding of brand communications, with a natural eye for impactful content and design.

  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment as MIKUTA expands into physical retail.

  • Omnichannel & International Awareness: Understanding of omnichannel strategies and the ability to tailor CRM approaches for international markets, including the US.
