Job Description

• Drive the software roadmap for an innovative manufacturing orchestration and workflow management solution tailored to Cell and Gene Therapy production.
• Oversee the software lifecycle, including early‑access programs, go‑to‑market strategies, documentation support, requirement gathering, and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with software development, engineering, services, sales, and QA to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain close contact with customers and serve as their voice within the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Informatics with experience in product management, ideally focused on software.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and demonstrates strong self‑organization and commitment.
• Persuasive, goal‑oriented, and enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams with open communication.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, particularly in German and English.
