Team Coordinator – Process Development for Hematopoietic Stem Cells (m|f|d)

Within our R&D Reagents department, you are supporting the hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) engineering team. You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of projects focusing on GMP-compliant processes using the CliniMACS Prodigy platform. You will plan and carry out experiments independently, but closely collaborate with your colleagues. As a project manager, you will maintain close interactions with other departments, e.g. marketing, engineering, or software development to coordinate product developments. On a regular basis, you will present your results at internal group and interdisciplinary meetings in English and/or German.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Master\’s degree in biology, biochemistry or biotechnology.
- Expertise in hematopoietic stem cell biology, experienced in primary cell culture and gene engineering (e.g. electroporation and CRISPR/Cas9 applications).
- Profound knowledge in cell analysis methods (e.g. flow cytometry) and molecular biology techniques like qPCR.
- Strong scientific curiosity with a passion for working on new software solutions and readiness to delve into new scientific topics.
- Organizational talent and excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and on an interdisciplinary basis.
