We are seeking a full-time IT Specialist (m/f/d) in AI and Digitalization Reference Number: MM2026-26 Your Responsibilities: Maintaining and further developing our internal AI platform and AI applications, as well as the underlying Linux and server infrastructure Developing and integrating AI-based applications, chatbots, and automation solutions, as well as connecting AI models, APIs, and corporate data Collaborating on IT and digitalization projects—from developing new solutions through technical implementation to deployment within the company Supporting the administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, particularly Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networks, and end devices Contributing to daily IT operations and user support, including independently handling issues, software installations, and user inquiries in first- and second-level support What you bring to the table: Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, IT, or software development, or a comparable qualification Strong knowledge of software development, ideally with Python, as well as experience with Linux, APIs, and modern IT technologies Interest in—and ideally some initial experience with—AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), chatbots, and automation solutions Basic knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and IT administration; experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is desirable An independent and solution-oriented approach to work, strong teamwork and communication skills, and good written and spoken German Here’s what you can expect from us: A responsible, varied role with room for creativity—with us, you can make a difference!
