Commis Sommelier/ Junior Sommelier (m/f/d)

The ideal candidate will assist the Head Sommelier in providing exceptional wine experiences to our guests while continuously expanding their knowledge and expertise in the world of wine.

Your Tasks:

• Assisting Head Sommelier in maintaining and developing the wine collection of MINA.
• Maintaining valuable relationships and communication with wine suppliers.
• Participating in stock management and monthly inventory control.
• Ensuring professional wine service and wine recommendations in the restaurant.
• Support in conducting wine workshops and training sessions for the MINA team.

Your Qualifications:

• Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required.
• First working experience in upscale gastronomy would be of advantage.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Passion for first-class service and pleasure in interacting with our guests.
• Interest in Italian wines, and knowledge of biodynamic and natural wines would be appreciated.
• Fluent English and/or German are a must; other languages would be an advantage.
