Job Description
Location: Germany Borken (onsite)What You'll DoTake responsibility for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our lab-based data centerInstall, configure, and troubleshoot servers, routers, switches, and other critical infrastructureExecute structured cabling and physical hardware setupDeploy CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) and carry out functional testsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needsEnsure up-to-date and accurate documentation of systems and proceduresWhat You BringCompleted vocational training or a degree in a technical field (e.g., data center operations, HVAC, electrical engineering)Experience with PtP (Point-to-Point) and PON (Passive Optical Networks)Proficient in technical documentation and process trackingFamiliarity with hardware/software from various vendors (e.g., Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Dell, etc.)Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and a proactive team mindsetFluency in German and English, both written and spoken
