Mint Selection is partnered with a leading EPC with development capabilities delivering large-scale solar PV projects across Germany. With continued growth, they are hiring a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of utility-scale projects in southern Germany.

The Role:

You’ll oversee site construction from civil works to grid connection, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution. This role suits a hands-on leader experienced in managing large teams across multiple project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and subcontractor activity
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and HSE compliance
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
• Ensure progress aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards

Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience in utility-scale solar construction
• Knowledge of mounting systems, inverters, and HV connections
• Fluent in German; English preferred
• Willingness to travel across southern Germany
