In 2023, when Internal Services team We ensure reliable commercial processes in a dynamic environment. We also have a lot of fun in our colorful matrix team.
Your tasks
- Recording ongoing business transactions: creditors, debtors, banks, cash registers, travel expenses and credit card statements.
- Account maintenance and clarification for debtors and creditors.
- Management of contracts and insurance.
- Support in purchasing office supplies.
- Preparation of project accounts in coordination with the project management.
- Support with general administrative activities (incoming mail, telephone switchboard).

- Completed commercial training.
- Experience in dealing with Datev is desirable.
- Knowledge of using ERP systems (e.g. Odoo)
