Customer Success Lead in Berlin

We're building MIRA, the AI-powered platform for specialist eyecare. Mirantus connects local screening locations with specialist ophthalmologists, making high-quality eyecare more accessible across Europe. We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to represent our customers and build and lead Customer Success as Mirantus grows.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the Customer Success team, processes, playbooks, and reporting
• Own the customer journey from onboarding through retention and expansion
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure lasting value from MIRA
• Help clients integrate MIRA, grow patient volumes, and overcome obstacles
• Expand accounts across locations, services, and regions

Success will be measured through customer satisfaction, retention, active locations, patient volumes, and account growth.

Your Profile

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, operations, consulting, or another customer-facing role
• Strong relationship-building skills across different stakeholders
• Customer-focused, commercially driven, and motivated by measurable results
• Structured and able to build effective processes and methods
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment without an established playbook
• Fluent German and English; Italian, Spanish, Czech, or Polish is a strong plus
