What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and design leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
- Execute global and local people programs, including talent management, organizational planning, performance, development, and compensation.
- Provide data‑driven insights on workforce health by assessing performance, engagement, attrition, and other trends.
- Coach and influence managers on building high‑impact teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and People team COEs to build world‑class initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years of deep experience as a strategic HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting engineering and product organizations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach, influence, and partner at all levels.
- Proven track record of collaboration across teams and HRBP peers.
- Strong business acumen and a business‑first problem‑solving mindset.
- Bias for action, strong work ethic, and a desire to achieve excellence.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce on a global scale.
- Data proficiency for providing insights and influencing business decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet challenging deadlines.
- Knowledge of Dutch employment law is a nice to have.
