Mistral is seeking AI Scientists with deep ML expertise to expand agentic tools across the engineering lifecycle, including CAE and EDA/Semi. You will build pre/post-training data for Mistral's LLMs to reason about and perform real engineering tasks, and shape agent architectures for reliable multi-step workflows. You will collaborate with domain experts and the science team to ground this work in actual engineering practice, joining at the foundation to define good benchmarks and data pipelines
