WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have completed training in IT, telecommunications, system integration or a comparable degree.
• You have experience in the administration, installation, support and maintenance of telephone systems and/or unified communications solutions.
• You have knowledge of network administration and network monitoring.
• You are a strong communicator, customer-oriented and enjoy working in a team. You are open to new things and want to develop yourself further.

YOU WILL DO THIS WITH US.

• You will be responsible for the technical planning, implementation and continuous development of VoIP solutions.
• You support the integration of telephone systems into existing IT infrastructures and provide training for our products.
• You take over the monitoring, maintenance and servicing of the telephone systems and react proactively to innovations and their implementation.
• You analyze problems that arise, find solutions and develop creative approaches to meet the different requirements of our customers.
