At our Osnabrück location, we are seeking a full-time

Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• active contribution to the optimization of business processes and workflows
• Communicating within the Mitsubishi Group (primarily with Japan)
• Responsibility for organizing and conducting internal and external audits, including the creation, updating, implementation, and management of work instructions, guidelines, and corporate standards
• Serving as the point of contact (m/f/d) for general IT-related questions and acting as the liaison with the external IT service provider
• Supporting management with administrative and organizational matters as well as projects
• Involvement in insurance matters

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a college degree, as well as initial professional experience in a comparable position
• fluency in spoken and written German and English
• a structured, results-oriented approach to work, excellent communication and writing skills, and a high degree of organizational ability
• IT proficiency combined with a strong willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics
• a passion for tackling topics across various fields, discretion, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence round out your profile
