A Day in Your Life at MKS
As a Marketing Automation and AI Lead (f/m/d) at MKS\‘ Atotech, you will partner with Marketing Communications, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to implement and optimize CRM, AI-driven chat solutions, and email automation initiatives. In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing Communications.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Assisting in the development and execution of CRM strategies to align tools and processes with MKS marketing goals.
- Overseeing the setup, training, and refinement of AI chat solutions to improve customer engagement and support.
- Designing and managing automated email campaigns, optimizing for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Ensuring all marketing tools are fully functional, effectively implemented, and integrated to support lead generation.
- Developing strategies to monetize MKS\‘ Atotech database, focusing on revenue opportunities across multiple channels.
- Ensuring all lead capture touchpoints are interconnected to enhance lead quality and information flow.
Skills You Bring:
- Several years of experience in business and marketing automation or CRM-related roles.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, ensuring smooth tool and campaign operations.
- A completed master\’s degree in IT is required.
Preferred Skills:
