As part of quality assurance, MLK GmbH offers destructive and non-destructive strength testing of individual components, assemblies, and complete car bodies. Already during the pre-series phase, we work for a wide range of automotive manufacturers and their suppliers, positioning ourselves as a reliable and competent partner in series monitoring. Using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and testing tools, we document the quality status and the interaction of various joining techniques regarding strength, quality features, alignment, and positioning. In addition to the automotive industry and its suppliers, we are a trusted and competent partner for many other industries.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Technical Staff in Strength Testing / QA (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Cutting out, separating, and deburring test specimens from assemblies according to customer specifications
- Additional technical tasks, including:
- Locating, labeling, separating, and sorting joining connections according to customer specifications
- Customer-specific torque testing
- Customer-specific chisel testing on body-in-white components, doors, front and rear hoods
- Customer-specific adhesive testing on various assemblies
- Close collaboration with the workshop, laboratory, and measurement departments
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training
- Confident handling of calipers, torque wrenches, angle grinders, band saws, pneumatic chisels, etc.
- Responsible and reliable working style
- Independent work, high motivation, and team spirit
- Commitment and dedication
