As Product Owner at MobiLab, you own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, aligning stakeholder needs with software solutions that unlock data potential. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user journeys, prioritize the backlog, and drive data-driven improvements. You will represent the product, communicate progress to stakeholders, and champion high-quality delivery. This role offers the chance to shape products for B2B customers in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and represent MobiLab externally
- Lead stakeholder and user workshops to gather insights and assess product opportunities
- Translate customer requirements into tailored software solutions
- Research, design, and optimize user journeys of the product
- Establish and prioritize product backlog balancing business value and user value
- Test ideas and iterate based on metrics and user feedback
- Own the product end-to-end and coordinate the team to deliver high-quality results
- Maintain high-level and low-level product visibility and streamline stakeholder communications
- Contribute to improving product ownership processes through knowledge sharing
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of Product Owner experience managing products from concept to launch and ongoing development
- B2B customer management experience with corporate clients
- Proven track record delivering software projects and achieving customer satisfaction
- Experience with data-intensive solutions converting data into insights
- Strong knowledge of agile development and continuous delivery
- Knowledge of Scrum or similar agile frameworks
- Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira)
- Excellent team support, product advocacy, and public speaking to promote the product
- Strong communication with customers and users; proactive problem solving
- Fluent in German and English
