Lead, coach, and grow a group of 3–5 Product Managers, and co‑lead an organisation of approximately 30 people with Engineering, Design, and Business Development Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for dealer inventory and performance initiatives Partner with Engineering, Design, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales to develop solutions to dealer problems Build relationships with dealers and conduct discovery and testing with them to ensure product‑market fit and measurable business outcomes Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to support smooth execution and communication

8+ Years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing Product Managers Strategic and hands‑on approach, with the ability to set product vision and turn ideas into outcomes Ability to translate trends, customer needs, and business goals into product direction Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including the ability to influence cross‑functional teams Strong analytical skills and experience using metrics to guide decisions and prioritisation Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑changing environment German at B2+ level for dealer‑facing discovery and collaboration Будет плюсом: experience building marketplace products, internal tools, or B2B SaaS solutions
