Besides leading your team, you’ll become an active member of our company-wide leadership group, where we exchange ideas, iterate, and improve our leadership principles and ways of working.
You will report directly to the Head of Engineering. This is a hybrid role, and our office is located in Berlin Charlottenburg.
- You have experience leading software engineering teams and embrace the concept of servant leadership.
- You are passionate about Agile software development, Product Discovery, and Continuous Delivery.
- You are empathetic and provide candid feedback regularly.
- You are a strong networker who connects with peers and stakeholders across the organization.
- You have 3+ years of experience with data-driven decision-making and working with measurable outcomes.
- Change is inevitable in our company. Therefore, you have an open mindset and prefer to shape change rather than resist it.
- Experience with Data product development is a plus.
