Key Account Manager (f/m/d) Region NRW

As a Key Account Manager at mobile.de, you are the central point of contact and trusted partner for our most important dealer customers in your region. You build lasting relationships, understand your customers’ business in depth, and create real value – by connecting the right products and solutions to the right needs at the right time.

You bring a genuine passion for the automotive world and a strong commercial mindset. You work closely with dealers to help them grow their business on mobile.de, and you bring valuable market insights back into our organisation. This role is for someone who enjoys being on the road, thrives in customer-facing environments, and takes pride in the quality and impact of their work.

• 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or a customer-facing commercial role
• Background in automotive retail, vehicle dealerships, or automotive-adjacent services (e.g. financing, leasing, fleet management, or dealer solutions) – you understand how dealerships work and what matters to them
• Strong relationship-building skills – you connect naturally with people at all levels of an organisation
• Solid analytical skills – you are comfortable working with performance data and using it to guide conversations
• A structured, self-organised approach to managing a regional portfolio of accounts
• A consultative mindset – you listen first, then advise
• Willingness to travel regularly within your region (Nordrhein Westfalen)
• Fluent in German; business English is a plus
