Mobileye is looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record of handling customer-reported issues.
In this position, you are expected to lead the complex system issues reported by customers to closure.
What will your job look like?
- Lead daily and weekly sync calls with customers and stakeholders to bring issues to resolution.
- Define rollback, failover, debuggability, and recovery strategies to mitigate software deployment risks in safety-critical environments.
- Monitor, track, and resolve customer-reported software issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bring customer-reported critical issues to resolution via mitigations and long-term improvements.
- Work closely with OEM partners, vehicle integration teams, and field engineers to diagnose and address deployment failures.
- Establish a structured issue triage and escalation process to ensure timely resolution of software defects and deployment failures.
- Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders on issue resolution status, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Act as a liaison between OEMs, suppliers, software teams, and test engineers, ensuring alignment on software deployment goals.
All you need is:
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software deployment, or release management in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of ECU software architecture, AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, and middleware integration.
- Experience with OTA (Over-the-Air) software updates, bootloader management, and secure flashing.
- Familiarity with ASIL (Automotive Safety Integrity Level) classifications and compliance processes.
- Proficiency with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, SOME/IP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk assessment for software deployment.
- Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers on L2++ and L3 ADAS/AD software programs.
- Knowledge of vehicle E/E architectures, hypervisors, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Experience in leading a team of technically strong system test/analysis engineers.
