Mobileye is looking for a passionate Software Developer to join the Operating System Team in the EyeQ Platform Software Group. The Group is responsible for software components on the EyeQ computer vision SoC, covering all aspects from development and integration to testing and automation.
We are looking to augment our teams in the area of Automation and Operating System validation. This domain encompasses the development and troubleshooting of automation environments of OS and distribution-related functions and tools. The group develops automotive software and tools mainly in Linux and embedded Linux environments and covers a wide area – from developing tools, maintaining build systems, farm setups, and target configurations all the way to developing and testing embedded software.
What will your job look like
- Develop and debug software tools and modules for deploying and testing our software across various platforms.
- Define, configure, and automate test and simulation environments.
- Automate HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop) configuration and testing.
- Provide support to internal and external users of these software tools.
- Perform debugging and root cause analysis, with a focus on setup and automation.
- Optimize and scale systems through monitoring and automation.
- Participate in hardware board bring-ups and integration.
All you need is:
- 5+ years of Python programming experience.
- Advanced experience with Linux containers and virtual environments.
- Proficiency in Linux subsystems such as PCI-E, Ethernet, UART, and USB
- Strong experience in automated Linux configuration.
- Proven experience with automation and test systems.
- Outstanding graduate in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency with tools like Git, GitLab, Jira.
- Background in Automotive Software Development (a plus).
- Experience with build -systems like Buildroot and Bazel (a plus).
- Background in Continuous Integration and Delivery (a plus).
