h3About Mobility /h3 pSummarizing the way Mobility works in one word? Nearly impossible. Let’s use four instead: bMORK means “more than just work.” /bAs pioneers in car sharing, we have a long history of driving change and shaping the future of mobility in Switzerland. Sustainability, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. We embrace challenges, support one another, and create an environment where everyone can make a meaningful impact. /p pTo support the evolution of our digital ecosystem, we are looking for a bSalesforce Technical Consultant /b to join our headquarters in bRotkreuz /b and help drive the architecture and strategic development of one of Mobility’s core business platforms. Please note that from Q3 2027, the HQ of Mobility will move to bLucern /b. /p pWhat drives you in your work? Ownership? Depth? Real impact? /p pJoin our bPlatform Team Salesforce MobiSys /b — the team that owns and operates the core business logic our company runs on. /p pAs a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you sit between engineering and consulting: you design and deliver solutions across our Salesforce platform, own your domain end-to-end, and act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and the platform team. /p pThis is a hands‑on role with architectural awareness. You are not expected to be a full enterprise architect, but you think in systems, understand integration patterns, and bring enough technical depth to take a business problem all the way to a working, maintainable Salesforce solution. /p pYou work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud — and you bring the credibility to lead a value stream independently. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul libSolution Design Delivery: /b Translate complex business requirements from finance, operations, and product teams into solid, platform-aligned Salesforce solutions, owning the full delivery within your domain /li libSalesforce Development: /b Build and maintain Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex code following team standards, choosing the right tool for the job and keeping implementations maintainable and scalable /li libIntegration Ownership: /b Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, owning API contracts, data mapping, and reliability within your domain /li libQuality Assurance: /b Own QA within your delivery stream. Define and execute test plans covering functional, regression, and integration scenarios, write and maintain Apex test classes, and validate deployments across environments. Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and ensure defects are resolved before go‑live, acting as the quality gate before any change reaches production /li libValue Stream Advisory: /b Proactively engage with value streams across the business and understand their challenges first‑hand. As the technical interface towards your stream’s Product Owner, you structure and refine requirements, propose solutions aligned with platform standards, and keep delivery aligned with business expectations /li libPlatform Quality: /b Conduct peer code and configuration reviews and contribute to platform housekeeping, including bug fixes, technical debt reduction, naming conventions, and trigger framework adherence /li libDeployment Tooling: /b Manage environment promotions following the team’s branching and deployment practices, using VS Code, Gearset, and Bitbucket /li libPermissions Security: /b Design and govern permission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing rules, ensuring platform integrity and least‑privilege access across the org /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul libSalesforce Core (Senior): /b Deep hands‑on knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including data model, automation, security model, and platform constraints. You know when to configure and when to code /li libProgrammatic Skills: /b Solid experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow. You write clean, reviewable code and understand asynchronous processing and governor limits /li libIntegration Experience: /b Experience building integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including REST APIs, event‑driven patterns, data mapping, and error handling /li libQuality Assurance: /b Hands‑on experience owning QA in a Salesforce delivery context, from test planning and Apex test classes to UAT coordination and defect management /li libExperience Cloud: /b Practical experience building or maintaining Experience Cloud pages is a strong plus /li libMarketing Cloud: /b Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud (MC–Salesforce integration, Journey Builder, data flows between platforms) is a plus /li libCPQ / Billing: /b Experience with contract, subscription, or billing processes in Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud is a clear advantage /li libDeployment Tooling: /b Comfortable with Git-based deployment workflows: Gearset or comparable tooling, Git branching strategies, VS Code with SFDX /li libRequirement Engineering: /b Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and turn real operational problems into actionable, platform‑aligned solution proposals /li libArchitecture Awareness: /b You think in systems, understanding integration patterns, data flows, and how decisions in one area affect the broader platform /li libCertifications: /b Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I desired; further certifications are a strong plus /li libLanguage: /b Fluent English (C1) and German (at least B2 level) is a must /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe communicate directly, support each other, and take feedback seriously, not just in theory but in how we work every day. Regular retrospectives keep us honest and help us continuously grow together. When we hit milestones, we take the time to celebrate them. /p pAt Mobility, you can count on flexible working conditions and a strong commitment to work‑life balance. You will grow into broader platform responsibilities over time, with clear paths toward technical specialization or architecture depending on your interests. /p pIf you thrive in an environment where team spirit is not a nice‑to‑have but the baseline for doing great work, you will fit right in! /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
