Senior Analyst - EMEA Light Vehicle Production Forecasting - Mobility (German-speaking)

The Role To strengthen our team, we are looking to hire an analyst for European and Middle East Africa Vehicle Production. S effectively utilizes our tools and data sources to form sound forecast conclusions; effectively utilize S Supporting forecast assumptions with clients in a constructive manner. Providing commentary with analysis and rationale supporting vehicle forecasting. Networking with key contacts in the automotive market to validate data and exchange intelligence. Ensuring that all services for which responsibility is held are produced and maintained at the highest quality levels and consistently delivered on a timely basis. Providing analytical support to clients both face to face and online. Qualifications and Skills The minimum requirement is a university undergraduate degree in business, economics or a form of mechanical/electrical engineering. Business and economics would be preferable. A successful candidate would usually have more than 5 years of experience executing market research activities for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive component supplier. Other areas of experience could be in direct vehicle production forecasting activities for an automotive forecast/analysis firm or a consulting company focused on the automotive vertical. Another area could be a candidate which has direct automotive component purchasing experience with a vehicle manufacturer. Fluency in German and English is a must, written and spoken at a business level. An additional third language would be of advantage in this role. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office to include expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Above average communication skills to include writing, interpersonal and listening as well as presentation skills gained with large and small audiences. Organizational skills that demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks and to effectively prioritize under pressure towards tight deadlines. Strong analysis skills and the ability to assess and interpret information. Strong database manipulation skills. Flexibility and the ability to creatively problem-solve.
